Legends of Awesome

Campbellton… prepare yourselves. The ultimate English comedy event of the year isn’t just arriving — it’s crashing through the doors with the force of a thousand punchlines.

Welcome to Legends of Awesome, the night where comedy royalty descends upon Campbellton to deliver an onslaught of laughter so powerful it should probably come with a safety warning.

Co-headlining this monster of a show is the unstoppable Nikki Payne, a true hurricane of hilarity and one of the most iconic, decorated, and uniquely fearless comedians in Canada. From Just For Laughs to Comedy Now! to every stage brave enough to host her, Nikki brings unfiltered energy, jaw-dropping storytelling, and the kind of comedic chaos that leaves audiences laughing long after they’ve gone home. She’s not just a headliner, she’s an event.

Sharing top billing is the volcanic force known as Darren Frost — master of intensity, legend of no-holds-barred comedy, and one of the boldest voices to ever hold a microphone. He’s appeared in George A. Romero’s Land of the Dead, the feature film Hairspray (2007), Nicolas Cage’s Pay the Ghost, and had a recurring part as the angry French teacher on CBC’s hit series Mr. D. He’s also a prolific voice actor: kids (and their parents) know him as Squirt on Camp Lakebottom, plus voices on Looped, Total Drama presents: The Ridonculous Race and other Toronto-produced animated series. However, nothing compares to Darren Frost live. Buckle up. This is comedy at maximum capacity.

Fueling the ignition is the always hilarious Michelle Petite, whose sharp wit, fearless presence, and magnetic storytelling make her one of the most exciting voices in Maritime comedy today. She’s the lit fuse on this powder keg of a lineup.

And holding this entire comedic maelstrom together is the one-man chaos engine himself: Mike Paterson. With his explosive energy, unhinged improv, and unpredictable brilliance, he’s the perfect MC to guide you through a night where anything can — and absolutely will — happen.

This isn’t just a show.
This is the final boss of comedy events.
The crown jewel.
The night where legends collide and Campbellton becomes the epicenter of Awesome.

Two giants. One stage. One unforgettable night.
This is Legends of Awesome. Campbellton will never be the same.
